Important: The T-Pump inlet and outlet ttings have left-hand threads. Be certain that ttings have not

loosened during hose installation. To tighten ttings, turn counterclockwise. To loosen, turn clockwise.

Electrical Wiring:

Wire the T-Pump as shown in the wiring diagram. Use the multistranded copper wire. Protect the wiring by install-

ing grommets or other protective device at holes and sharp edges. Proper fuse or circuit breaker size is extremely

important for pump and wire protection. Overfusing this pump will result in warranty invalidation.

Caution: U.S.C.G. Regulations allow overboard discharge of untreated sewage when the vessel is beyond

the 3-mile limit. However, the overboard discharge seacock or shut-off valve must be secured in the closed

position while operating within the 3-mile limit. Use of a padlock, heavy tape, non-releasable wire tie or

removal of the valve handle would be considered adequate securing of the valve.
